Stay Media is a video editing studio run by Samiullah Malik, based in Islamabad, Pakistan, operating the website stayymedia.com. If you have any question about this policy, email contact@stayymedia.com.
We only collect what you type into one of our two forms. We do not buy data or collect it from anywhere else.
Contact form (on the Contact page): your name, email address, WhatsApp number if you choose to give one, the topic you select, and your message.
Start Your Edit form: the project details you enter, including the type of video, turnaround, any links you share, and your contact details.
To stop automated spam, our forms also record your IP address briefly. It is used only to limit how many submissions can be sent from one place in an hour, and it is discarded automatically after that.
Purely to reply to you and to quote for and carry out the work you ask about. We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share them with anyone for their own purposes.
Each submission is saved privately inside this website’s admin area and emailed to contact@stayymedia.com so we see it quickly. Only Stay Media staff can read it. The website and that mailbox are hosted by Hostinger, who store the data on our behalf.
We keep enquiries and project briefs for as long as we need them to handle your work and our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Our Videos page embeds players from Vimeo and YouTube. When you press play on one, that provider may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under its own privacy policy, not ours. This website and its page builder also set functional cookies needed for the site to work.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@stayymedia.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
